Director of Sales – North America, EV Chargers
Noah Energy Solutions is seeking a proven EV charging industry sales hunter to drive revenue growth across North America. This is not an account management role. We are looking for an experienced EV charging professional with a demonstrated history of opening doors, building executive relationships, creating opportunities through prospecting and outbound business development, recruiting channel and distribution partners, and consistently closing EV charging infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate already possesses a strong network within the EV charging ecosystem and understands how to navigate complex sales cycles involving fleets, CPOs, municipalities, utilities, distributors, EPCs, engineering firms, electrical contractors, and commercial customers.
What We’re Looking For
✔ 10+ years of B2B technical sales experience
✔ 7+ years of direct EV AC and DC charger sales experience
✔ Demonstrated ability to generate business through self-created opportunities
✔ Strong technical and business acumen
✔ Experience closing six- and seven-figure opportunities
✔ Existing relationships within the North American EV charging ecosystem
✔ Ability to travel throughout North America, 50%-75% of the time
This Is a Hunter Role. The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time:
- Prospecting for new business
- Opening doors with new customers
- Developing strategic relationships
- Recruiting channel and distribution partners
- Conducting outbound outreach
- Attending industry events and trade shows
- Building a qualified pipeline
- Creating opportunities where none currently exist
- Closing new business
Applicants with less than seven (7) years of direct EV charging sales experience will not be considered.
