Director of Sales (Professional Staffing) Remote US

We're hiring an experienced Director of Sales to drive new business growth for a leading staffing solutions provider. This is a 100% remote, individual contributor role for a proven sales hunter with a strong network in the U.S. staffing industry. Generate new business with enterprise and mid-market clients across the U.S. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing. Build relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and executive stakeholders. Consistently achieve sales and revenue targets. Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful client onboarding. Represent the company at industry events and conferences. 10+ years of professional staffing sales experience (IT, Engineering, Finance & Accounting, or similar). Proven track record of winning new enterprise and mid-market clients. Strong network within the staffing and talent acquisition ecosystem. Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Bachelor's degree required. Must be based in the United States. Willing to travel 2–3 times per year.
