What You’ll Do: To develop, directly or through a sales team, relationships with leading manufacturers, dealers and end-users of non-titled equipment which lead to the origination, approval and funding of loan and TRAC lease transactions; to provide excellent customer service and timely fundings by managing the transaction’s progress from origination through the credit, documentation and funding process. Drive revenue growth in net interest margin and fee income to achieve annual business targets. Job Duties: Develop relationships with leading manufacturers, dealers and end-users of non-titled equipment, such as construction equipment, material handing equipment and recycling equipment, among others, which lead to the origination, approval and funding of loan and TRAC lease transactions Submit applications for financing requests which meet the credit, transaction size and risk adjusted returns of the targeted market which include the necessary information to render a credit decision in a timely manner Structure transactions so that the terms and conditions of the financing requests match the circumstances of the borrower/lessee Monitor the transaction’s progress through the credit and documentation process, providing updates to dealers and manufacturers and addressing any customer’s needs throughout, in order to provide excellent customer service and timely fundings Provide the necessary information to evaluate the dealers and manufacturers and develop commercial financing programs which lead to a flow of business and monitor the resulting activity from dealers and manufacturers Achieve annual budget targets for the business each year Track all transaction activity related to manufacturers, dealers and end-user customers including prospecting, transaction opportunities, pipeline and funding in Salesforce Monitor the overall performance of the non-titled equipment portfolio, appropriateness of credit scoring system employed and help identify at-risk accounts Assist with delinquent accounts, leveraging dealer and manufacturer relationships to minimize losses Assist in developing and monitoring procedures and policies for the business, updating and augmenting when necessary Work closely with syndication to reduce risk and exposure as needed and to align with the return goals of the business Collaborate with senior business leaders and sales management on market conditions, credit risk areas and industry trends to make consensus adjustments to risk and business strategies As a cross functional leader of the organization and member of the senior leadership team, help to drive macro strategy of the company and contribute to the annual budget process Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong written and oral presentation skills Developed leadership traits, including leading, developing and managing a sales team Ability to work across various departments and influence colleagues to drive operational efficiency Effective ability to prioritize, time manage and work with a sense of urgency when necessary Ability to balance financial and growth goals of the business with prudent risk management Ability and willingness to travel as deemed necessary Minimum 20 years of experience in a bank, commercial finance company or both Senior leadership roles in banking or commercial finance in developing and driving new business growth activity Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree not necessary but helpful Compensation: $220,000-$240,000 annual salary depending on skills and experience Benefits Crossroads Offers: Fantastic Culture 401k + match Health, Dental & Vision Insurance + HSA & FSA Employer paid Life Insurance Paid Vacation Days Sick Leave Company perks such as employee discounts, company events and training programs Excellent Training and Career Advancement Opportunities Crossroads Equipment Lease & Finance, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
