Director of Social Commerce, TikTok Shop

We are on a mission to become one of the most influential body care brands globally We are hiring a Director of Social Commerce to strengthen and scale the TikTok Shop channel and support any new social commerce initiatives. This person will have experience managing a TikTok Shop storefront, and will be responsible for overall shop strategy, day-to-day storefront operations, refining and scaling our affiliate strategy, and managing TikTok Shop campaigns and media. This role is perfect for someone who loves everything about TikTok, understands the TikTok Shop ecosystem, and enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative work environment. Your life at MAËLYS will look like… Own & scale our TikTok Shop business strategy and commercial calendar. Drive GMV and conversion and own the TikTok Shop P&L with robust analysis of performance data to measure profitability, successes and opportunities strategy: drive GMV, conversion, media planning and growth against clear KPIs, in a brand building way. Build, scale, and grow our TikTok Shop affiliate program to drive a robust amount of always-on content . You'll have a dedicated coordinator supporting execution, while owning the strategy and results. Storefront and catalog management: listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory sync. Livestream strategy and execution (TBC), plus Video/Live Shopping Ads. Identifying and fixing underperforming parts of the current channel setup, not just maintaining what exists. You will thrive in this role if you have… Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Hands-on experience running or materially contributing to a TikTok Shop channel - creator/affiliate program experience is essential. Comfort owning a P&L-style view of the channel: GMV, conversion, AOV, and creator/affiliate ROI. A sharp, diagnostic approach - able to look at an existing channel, identify what's underperforming, and act on it quickly. Experience with livestream/LIVE commerce and Shop Ads (Spark Ads / Video Shopping Ads) is a strong plus. Comfortable in a fast-moving, metrics-driven environment with high ownership. Must be New York City-based and able to work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week in the office. The salary range for the position is $180,000-220,000 annually Actual compensation will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
