Director of Talent Acquisition

Beaucoup is seeking a hands-on Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our technical recruiting function while personally recruiting hard-to-find, high-demand technology professionals.

This is not a manager-only role—we're looking for a proven recruiting leader who thrives on headhunting, building relationships with passive candidates, and closing top technical talent in competitive markets.

What You'll Do

• Lead and grow our Talent Acquisition function
• Personally recruit and close difficult-to-fill technical roles
• Build sourcing strategies that identify elite passive candidates
• Partner with executive leadership on hiring strategy and workforce planning
• Mentor and develop a high-performing recruiting team
• Drive recruiting metrics, process improvements, and employer branding

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Leadership experience managing recruiting teams
• Proven success recruiting Software Engineers, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Data, and Infrastructure professionals
• Expert-level sourcing and headhunting skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
• Outstanding candidate closing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments
