Transformational Leadership You will be a dedicated people leader, responsible for the performance, coaching, and career development of a team of Product Managers. You’ll lead cross functional teams, including product management, design, engineering and operations through the delivery of work against the roadmap. You’ll operate as a strategic connector across the enterprise, partnering with teams in Canada and the US to identify leverage and enable your team to go after them. You’ll contribute to the team culture and ongoing improvement of the product management practices across Capital One Canada by investing in systems, methodologies, and tools. You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners. Basic Qualifications: At least 10+ years of Product Management experience At least 7+ years of people leadership experience, specifically leading Product Managers Experience creating and delivering customer centric, data-driven product vision and strategy A track record of delivering quantifiable results with significant business and customer impacts Preferred Qualifications: Experience in financial services, payments, technology or operations Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field Strategic and detail oriented.
