Phase-Gate Governance: Develop and drive product phase-gate review materials that capture the status of storage validation, qualification milestones, and roadmap date changes. Source of Truth: Maintain the "source of truth" for storage-related roadmap commitments to manage market expectations and internal investment priorities. Strategic GTM & Sales Integration: GTM Activation: Activate Go-To-Market activities with storage partners, including co-selling initiatives, integrated sales collateral, and joint marketing efforts. Sales Enablement: Produce technical checklists, sales training, and customer-ready integration guides to accelerate the adoption of end-to-end networking and storage solutions. Revenue Success: Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to drive OEM design wins and ensure pipeline opportunities are not lost due to a lack of storage partner support. Partnership Governance & Executive Alignment: Executive Leadership Alignment: Establish and lead regular executive leadership alignment meetings between Cornelis and storage partners to ensure resources and investment priorities are synchronized.
