You will be empowered to develop broad expertise across the healthcare landscape, and will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of expert senior researchers and gain exposure to the full suite of research tools and techniques covered by the team. Our studies are typically multi-market, encompassing Europe, North America and Emerging Markets. We believe that exposure to a wide range of healthcare systems – and different cultural approaches to healthcare – helps our researchers to offer the most impactful, commercially-relevant insights to our clients. Your primary role: Lead projects and project teams, be the main point of contact with the client and write and give client presentations Line management of multiple individuals with the responsibility of conducting appraisals, pay reviews, monitoring of performance, personal development, training of staff, recruitment and developing and implementing internal company procedures Engage in business development and sales initiatives Write proposals to win new business, consider timescales and calculate the research cost alongside VPs and operations Involvement in talent acquisition and assessing potential new staff About You… Your skills and experience: At least 7 years of experience with qualitative custom primary market research projects Experience in the life sciences sector Extensive expertise in qualitative market research methodologies, including advanced moderation techniques, delivering actionable insights across diverse markets Proven ability to mentor and develop both junior and senior team members, fostering deep expertise in qualitative research practices and pharmaceutical industry knowledge Highly skilled in moderating in-depth interviews and focus groups, both via telephone and in-person, ensuring rich, meaningful data collection and analysis Strong client engagement and relationship management skills Proven project supervision skills Appreciation of marketing/client-side issues, knowledge and understanding of client issues Self-motivated and able to work independently Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multitask under pressure and meet tight deadlines Ideal profile: You are proactive, dedicated and enthusiastic, with a ‘can do’ attitude and approach You demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as strengths in organization and prioritization You are a collaborative team player who works well with colleagues You communicate ideas and issues in an effective, straightforward fashion You are highly motivated and want to seize opportunities to develop new skills and progress your career Life at Research Partnership: We love what we do and continuously strive for innovation and creativity. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
