Manage a full desk of director-level requisitions, delivering end-to-end recruitment support and exceptional candidate and hiring leader experiences. Provide white-glove recruitment services while building trusted partnerships with C-suite executives and senior business leaders. Lead strategic sourcing efforts for complex, hard-to-fill roles across multiple markets using LinkedIn, Indeed, iCIMS, and other recruitment tools. Deliver recruitment insights, reporting, and updates to Talent Acquisition leadership and hiring teams to support data-driven decisions. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. What additional preferences we're seeking Experience as a recruiter supporting finance and/or revenue cycle positions strongly preferred. Strategic sourcing and recruitment partnership, focusing on hard to fill roles across various markets. (LinkedIn, Indeed, iCIMS sourcing experience required). Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) preferred.
