About The Role
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven
Director of Revenue Operations to lead and optimize our revenue-generating processes. This role will be responsible for aligning sales, marketing, and customer success operations to drive efficiency, improve forecasting, and maximize revenue growth. The ideal candidate has deep experience in revenue operations, analytics, and process optimization, with a strong ability to implement scalable systems and insights that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a revenue operations strategy that supports business objectives and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive annual revenue planning and create a seamless revenue engine.
Data & Analytics
- Own Bookings and ARR reporting, forecasting, and KPI tracking to drive data-backed decision-making.
- Establish and own reporting and analytics of key post-sale KPIs such as adoption metrics, implementation and onboarding, and other measures focused on the adopt & renew phases of the customer journey
- Provide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue trends.
- Partner with finance to ensure accurate revenue modeling and forecasting, and deliver executive board reports to enable accurate and efficient data-driven decisions.
Sales & Marketing Operations
- Optimize our CRM (Hubspot) and tools to enhance productivity and reporting.
- Streamline lead management, scoring, and attribution to improve marketing-to-sales conversion.
- Implement sales enablement strategies, such as training our sellers on HubSpot or creating standard processes to improve our selling process.
Process & Performance Management
- Identify, develop, implement, and standardize improvements in processes and technologies that increase efficiency and effectiveness of our Go-to-Market motion
- Develop and enforce best practices for sales performance tracking and quota attainment.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless handoffs between teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field; consulting experience a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and data insights; able to execute complex analyses and synthesize into clear, actionable insights with business impact.
- Broad functional understanding of planning cycles in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Working knowledge of Hubspot, Data Visualization tools (e.g. Tableau), and revenue operations tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders
- Comfortable operating without a fully built-out team; willing to be hands-on while also driving strategic initiatives
