Own executive communications and the narrative for leadership reviews, strategic updates, and organizational reporting for the regional VP. Drive operational excellence through the establishment of metrics, dashboards, and KPIs that provide leadership with visibility into organizational health and performance. Partner with the VP on organizational design, workforce planning, budget management, and investment prioritization. Successfully lead high-impact initiatives on behalf of the VP and their Engineering Leadership Team. Build a strong partnership with other TPM Directors to improve coordination, consistency, and execution across the global organization. Become a trusted advisor and operational partner to the engineering VP. What Success Looks Like You create clarity in complex environments and bring structure to ambiguity. You help leaders make informed decisions, align organizations around shared priorities, and drive execution of critical initiatives. You build trust across teams, improve organizational effectiveness, and ensure strategic objectives translate into measurable results. Most importantly, you serve as a force multiplier for the VP’s Engineering Leadership Team - enabling teams to focus on what matters most while helping leadership operate more effectively at scale.
