You will actively improve the level of craftsmanship at LinkedIn by developing best practices and defining best strategies. You will define the bar for quality and efficiency of software systems while balancing business impact, operational impact and cost benefits of design and architectural choices. You will establish a culture that values diverse viewpoints while navigating complex decisions. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience 10+ years of relevant work experience Experience leading technical projects with multiple stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: Masters in a relevant field or related discipline (machine learning, statistics, computer science etc.), or equivalent research experience 15+ years experience in building infrastructure at scale, with at least 5 of those years in a technical  leadership position Experience building large scale infrastructure, distributed systems, and AI Platforms Experience in leading large scale development projects from concept to multiple releases in production Experience of technical leadership guiding and mentoring engineering and operations talent Experience leading high-impact, cross-company initiatives Suggested Skills: Infrastructure Distributed systems AI Platform You will Benefit from our Culture: We strongly believe in the well-being of our employees and their families.
