Explore product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. Responsible for meeting the operational needs of all customers. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Duties and Responsibilities Be the primary contact for building long-term relationships with customers Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess our working relationship Maintain sales budget, product offering, and selling price Contribute to sales team by accomplishing expected goals Assist customers through email, telephone, and in person meetings Develop a trusting relationship with key accounts Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives Forecast and track the growth of key accounts Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities Support the organization’s reputation by accepting ownership and exploring ways to impact the overall success of our company Maintain the satisfaction of the organization’s customer base by delivering exceptional service on a routine basis Introduce new customers and further develop existing relationships Please note this description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities tha Qualifications Education: HS diploma/GED required Experience: 5 years of experience in the field or related area Courses/Certifications/Training: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, Ability to manage multiple projects while being attentive to details, Self-motivated, Ability to prioritize multiple tasks Attention to detail and adherence to details, Ability to work within Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, AS400, and desk support software.
