About you
You are an experienced DEI, or People & Culture professional who is passionate about fostering inclusive workplaces and delivering meaningful organisational change. You combine strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate data and insights into practical, evidence-based outcomes. You enjoy building trusted relationships, influencing at all levels and creating opportunities for people to feel a genuine sense of belonging at work.
