About the Role Were looking for a D&I Specialist to review content and communications for inclusive language, representation, and bias-free messaging. Responsibilities Conduct inclusive-language and bias audits on localized content. Recommend improvements for gender, disability, and cultural balance. Contribute to internal D&I guidelines and training. Collaborate with editors and content designers to ensure alignment. Requirements Academic or professional background in gender studies or sociology. Strong command of inclusive communication principles. Skilled writer/editor with cross-cultural awareness. Experience working in global or NGO environments. Preferred Familiarity with UN Gender Inclusive Language Toolkit or equivalent. Contract Type : Freelance / Remote Compensation : Daily rate (USD-based)
