Responsibilities: Provide continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to clients during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum Develop personalized birth plans in collaboration with clients and their healthcare providers Offer evidence-based guidance on comfort measures, breathing techniques, and positioning during labor Conduct prenatal and postpartum consultations to educate and prepare clients and their families Coordinate with midwives, OBs, and other medical professionals to ensure seamless, client-centered care Provide breastfeeding support and newborn care education during the postpartum period Maintain detailed client records and follow up on care plans and wellness goals Requirements: Certified Doula through a recognized organization (DONA, CAPPA, ICEA, or equivalent preferred ) Prior experience supporting clients through labor, delivery, and postpartum care Strong knowledge of holistic birthing practices, natural pain management, and wellness principles Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a calm, reassuring presence Ability to be on-call and respond to clients during labor as needed CPR/First Aid certification required Alignment with holistic and integrative wellness philosophies About Us: Cecilia Holistic & Wellness Center is a trusted destination for integrative health and wellness services in Orange Village, OH, dedicated to nurturing the mind, body, and spirit of every client we serve.
