Position Summary The Mortgage Draw Coordinator is responsible for managing and processing construction loan draw requests from borrowers, builders, and contractors. This role ensures that funds are disbursed in accordance with loan agreements, project progress, and company policies, while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. The Mortgage Draw Coordinator serves as the key liaison between borrowers, builders, inspectors, lenders, and internal departments. Responsibilities and Duties: Review and process construction loan draw requests in a timely and accurate manner. Coordinate with borrowers, builders, contractors, and inspectors to verify project progress and completion. Ensure all required documentation (invoices, lien waivers, inspection reports, etc.) is complete and compliant. Monitor construction budgets and track disbursements against approved loan amounts. Maintain accurate loan records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Communicate clearly and professionally with all parties to resolve discrepancies or issues. Provide reporting and updates to loan officers, underwriters, and management as needed. Support the construction lending team with administrative and operational tasks. Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred. Previous experience in mortgage lending, loan processing, construction lending, or related field strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and loan servicing software.
