Job Summary The Organizational Change Manager (OCM) is responsible for driving successful adoption of business, process, and technology changes across the organization. The role focuses on change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and ensuring sustained adoption aligned with business objectives and transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute end-to-end change management strategies and plans Perform change impact assessments and organizational readiness analysis Identify and manage key stakeholders , including senior leadership Design and implement communication plans and engagement strategies Develop and deliver training programs and user enablement initiatives Drive user adoption and minimize resistance to change Establish and track change KPIs and adoption metrics Collaborate with project teams, PMO, and business units for alignment Support digital transformation / ITSM / SIAM initiatives Utilize tools like ServiceNow, Power BI, and Microsoft Teams for tracking, reporting, and communication Provide regular status reports, dashboards, and executive updates Identify risks, resistance points, and implement mitigation strategies Ensure sustainment of change and continuous improvement Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Management, or related field Certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) preferred PMP / PRINCE2 is an added advantage Experience 6–8 Years of relevant experience in Change Management / Transformation Programs
