About the Role As a Customer Expert, you will be the first point of contact for customers and a trusted representative of Mercedes-Benz. Your role is not simply to answer questions — it is to create a smooth, reassuring, high-quality experience for every customer you support. You will: Support customers via phone, email, and chat Provide guidance regarding products and services Offer thoughtful solutions to questions and concerns Handle each interaction with professionalism and care Represent a brand known for precision, quality, and trust This is a position for someone who enjoys communication, values detail, and takes pride in helping others. Fluent in Dutch with very good English skills Passionate about cars (a strong plus) Experienced in customer service (at least 6 months preferred) Calm, solution-oriented, and confident in communication Comfortable with technology and eager to learn Naturally positive, responsible, and reliable This opportunity offers more than professional experience.
