Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative - Relocate to Spain

What you will do: Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat . Assist customers with questions about mobile services, home internet, and TV . Help with SIM card activation, internet setup, TV installation, and basic technical troubleshooting. Deliver friendly, professional, and solution-oriented customer service. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling (full training provided). Maintain accurate customer records and work closely with your team to ensure an excellent customer experience. What you will bring: Native-level Dutch (C2) and good English (B1+) . EU passport or the legal right to work in Spain. Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable speaking with customers and recommending additional products or services. Basic technical understanding and good computer skills. Positive, proactive, and eager to learn.
