Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative (Remote in Portugal)

We are looking for a dedicated and articulate Dutch-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our team, delivering high-level customer care for a premier German automotive brand. In this position, you will act as the primary contact for Dutch-speaking car owners, prospective buyers, and dealership networks. Your mission will be to assist with inquiries regarding vehicle features, modern digital mobility applications, service appointments, and general owner support, keeping quality and customer satisfaction at the forefront. Please note: While this is a fully home-based position, you must currently be living in Portugal with valid local work rights. Core Duties Help Desk Support: Manage inbound calls, chats, and electronic queries from Dutch clients, ensuring clear, polite, and effective communication. Issue Troubleshooting: Help users navigate connected car tools, address digital service questions, and resolve general product inquiries efficiently. Record Keeping: Input detailed notes and maintain accurate case histories inside our customer management database. Coordination: Partner with internal technical teams and external service partners to resolve escalated customer matters seamlessly. Excellence: Consistently uphold the high service standards associated with a leading global motor vehicle company. Applicant Profile Must-Have Requirements Language Abilities: C1/C2 mastery of Dutch (written and verbal) alongside a solid B2 level in English . Eligibility: Legal residency in Portugal with active registration (NIF, NISS) and complete authorization to work locally. Work Environment: A reliable, high-speed home internet connection. Soft Skills & Experience Prior background in client support, call center operations, or service industries (experience with premium or automotive brands is a great bonus). Strong listening skills coupled with a helpful, patient attitude. Proficiency using modern web software and managing multiple screen applications. Solid problem-solving capabilities and a meticulous approach to daily tasks. Benefits & Compensation Financial Package Monthly Base: €1,100 gross Punctuality/Attendance Incentive: €80 gross per month Meal Stipend: €7.63 per day worked (issued via meal card) Comprehensive paid introductory training Home Office & Schedule Details Fully Remote: Work from any location within Portugal.
