In detail: Inbound calls and written customer communication (email/chat) in Dutch order management, returns processing, and general customer inquiries providing product information and shopping advice accurate documentation of each case in the CRM system close collaboration with your team and Team Lead What you bring first experience in customer service – ideally in an e-commerce, fashion, or contact center environment native-level Dutch (written and spoken) – this is a must good English skills for internal communication and training strong communication skills and genuine enthusiasm for customer contact self-motivation and discipline for independent remote work stable internet connection and a quiet workspace comfortable working with CRM tools and digital systems Key details Collaboration on a freelance basis (not an employment contract) Sounds like you?
