Dynamics CRM Migration Specialist (Remote within Poland)

We are looking for a Dynamics CRM Migration Specialist to support a major CRM transformation project, moving data and processes from a legacy CRM platform into Microsoft Dynamics 365.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands CRM data, migration challenges and the technical detail required to deliver a clean, reliable transition.

What you’ll be doing:

• Planning and delivering CRM data migration activities
• Mapping and transforming data between legacy and Dynamics environments
• Supporting data cleansing, validation and reconciliation
• Working with stakeholders to understand existing CRM structures and requirements
• Identifying migration risks and resolving data quality or integration issues
• Supporting testing, deployment and post-migration activities

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years’ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
• Proven experience delivering CRM data migration projects
• Strong understanding of CRM data structures, entities, relationships and data quality
• Experience with data mapping, transformation, validation and reconciliation
• Good technical understanding of Dynamics 365 configuration and integrations
• Experience working with legacy CRM platforms; SugarCRM experience would be highly beneficial
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams
