We're growing our catalogue team and looking for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys organizing product data, maintaining listings, and ensuring customers have an outstanding shopping experience.

What You'll Do

As a Junior E-commerce Catalogue & Listing Executive, you'll support our senior catalogue team in managing product listings across multiple marketplaces.

Your responsibilities include:

• Create and update product listings on Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces.
• Maintain titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, pricing, attributes, and variations.
• Assist with new product launches, bulk uploads, catalogue clean-up, and listing maintenance.
• Resolve listing errors, suppressed SKUs, and content issues.
• Ensure product information follows internal SOPs and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the design team for images, infographics, and creative assets.
• Maintain accurate categories, tags, bundles, and product variations.
• Perform basic keyword research and competitor analysis for the US marketplace.
• Audit listings for catalogue quality, policy compliance, and pricing accuracy.
• Prepare daily and weekly catalogue activity reports.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce catalogue management or marketplace operations.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Flipkart, Meesho, or similar marketplaces.
• Experience with bulk uploads, listing templates, and catalogue troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including filters, basic formulas, CSV files, and data management.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work independently in a remote environment.
• Good written English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing listings across multiple marketplaces.
• Basic understanding of SEO and keyword optimization for e-commerce.
• Experience with Indian festival products, gifts, home décor, or similar catalogue-heavy categories.
