E-Commerce Customer Service & Operations Specialist (Remote)

Do you love solving problems and making customers feel taken care of? We're looking for an E-Commerce Customer Service & Operations Specialist to take ownership of our customer experience across marketplaces.

💡 What You’ll Do

• Manage customer inquiries and concerns across various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Marketplace operations across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify (claims, chargebacks, case management, etc.).
• Handle challenging or sensitive customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
• Resolving customer concerns by providing appropriate solutions promptly.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve complex issues.
• Contribute to the development of customer service strategies and long-term goals to improve overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support day-to-day operations, including order follow-ups, returns processing, and internal coordination.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

• Available from Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM EST (full-time position only).
• Fluent in written and verbal English.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, orders, and customer inquiries efficiently.
• A deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Can work with minimal supervision but still deliver great output.

Nice-to-Haves

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a call centre environment, handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Experience in an administrative or back-office support role, since this position involves day-to-day operational tasks.
• Familiarity with Marketplace operations across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify.

💰 Salary

Monthly Rate: $700–$900 USD/month (based on experience and qualifications)

Bonus: 2 weeks of paid time off after 12 months of continuous work (10 Working Days).

Please note: The monthly rate does not include statutory benefits. As an independent contractor, you'll be responsible for your own statutory contributions (e.g., health, pension, severance) in accordance with your local regulations.
