About the Role

As the E-commerce Growth Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day marketplace operations in Türkiye while collaborating closely with the global headquarters. This role combines marketplace management, customer experience, logistics coordination, and growth initiatives to support the company's expansion in the Turkish market.

This is a fully remote position with regular collaboration with the HQ team operating on Moscow time.

Career Growth Opportunity: High-performing candidates will have the opportunity to grow into a Head of Department role within approximately six months.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through WhatsApp and marketplace platforms, primarily Trendyol and Hepsiburada, handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Manage marketplace reputation by monitoring customer reviews, seller ratings, and resolving technical issues.
• Track, analyze, and manage product returns and customer claims.
• Coordinate inventory levels and fulfillment operations with third-party logistics providers.
• Oversee the daily management and performance of marketplace accounts.
• Support marketing initiatives by managing the content calendar, collaborating with influencers and UGC creators, and testing new growth strategies together with the HQ team.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Turkish speaker with professional working proficiency in English.
• Experience managing Turkish marketplaces, particularly Trendyol and Hepsiburada, is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in customer support across both phone and chat channels.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, logistics, and supply chain processes.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an international remote team.
