About the Role At Essity, we’re on an exciting journey to accelerate our DtC business for Libresse across the Nordics. We are now looking for a n ambitious and commercially minded E-commerce Manager DtC to help drive the next phase of growth and create outstanding consumer experiences. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a strategically important business area, combining commercially thinking, digital expertise , customer focus, and hands-on execution. You will play a key role in growing our DtC business while working closely with colleagues across marketing, e-commerce, digital and external partners. As e-commerce Manager DtC , you will be responsible for driving the performance and development of our Nordic DtC business. From commercial planning and campaign execution to customer experience and platform optimization, you will lead initiatives that directly impact growth, profitability and consumer engagement. This role is based in Gothenburg and reports to the Marketing Manager Feminine Region North. What You Will Do Own the end-to-end performance of Libresse DtC business across Nordics, with responsibility for driving sustainable growth, profitability and customer lifetime value. Lead and develop commercial performance of our Nordic DtC business. Create compelling campaigns, activations and trading opportunities to drive growth. Optimize customer journey and online experience to improve conversion, retention and loyalty. Turn consumer and business insights into impactful actions and improvements. Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless connection and brand alignment. Work closely with agencies and partners to maximize performance and identify new opportunities. Champion a test-and-learn culture, continuously exploring ways to improve business results. Who You Are University degree in Marketing, Business, Digital or equivalent. Significant experience in e-commerce, digital commerce or similar commercial roles with ownership of online sales performance. Hands-on experience working with e-commerce platforms and day-to-day trading operations. Experience with Shopify is a strong advantage. Experience owning commercial performance with end-to-end accountability. Experience in using analytics, KPIs and performance data to identify opportunities and drive business decisions. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels such as paid media, CRM, SEO and retention marketing and how they contribute to commercial growth. Experience working with agencies, tech partners and cross-functional teams to deliver business results. English language and at least one Nordic language is required. You build strong and trusted relationships with stakeholders across functions, enabling collaboration and driving business outcomes. Proactive and self-driven, you take initiative, and create structure in your own work. With a strong analytical mindset, you turn data into actionable insights, identify opportunities for improvement, and support informed decision-making through clear and effective communication.
