E-commerce Operations & Growth Associate

Job Title: Operations & Growth Associate (E-Commerce | Jack-of-All-Trades) About Us We’re a fast-growing e-commerce brand focused on transforming everyday pet care into something simple, effective, and enjoyable. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the business — not just complete tasks, but actively help build and improve the company. The Role This is not a narrow or repetitive role. You’ll work across multiple areas of the business including operations, marketing, product development, research, and problem-solving. We need someone resourceful, proactive, and excited to take ownership. If something is unclear, you figure it out. If something is broken, you fix it. If something can be improved, you bring the idea.
