E-commerce Operations & Marketing Coordinator - WFH

Important note: We are looking for applicants who CAN START IMMEDIATELY, WITHOUT A NOTICE PERIOD. Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy E-commerce Assistant. The top priorities for this role include updating and managing Shopify listings, creating line sheets, developing affiliate plans for TikTok, and working with Excel to track and analyze data. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Shopify, be highly proficient in Excel, and preferably have a background or interest in design work to assist with product visuals and branding tasks. Key Responsibilities: -Update and manage product listings and content on Shopify, API synchronization to Retail Website, Tiktok and Shopee -livestreaming support during live, products, prices and quantity -Create and maintain line sheets for product presentations -Develop and coordinate affiliate marketing plans on TikTok and Shopee -Track sales, inventory, and campaign performance using Excel -Assist with order processing, returns, tiktok/shopee live and customer inquiries -Support the team in creating visual content such as banners and promotional materials Qualifications: -Computer Science graduate or knowledgeable in AI -Maintenance of API synchronization from Shopify to other e-commerce platforms -Strong experience with Shopify, Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada or other e-commerce platforms -Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data tracking, formulas) -Strong experience with TikTok and affiliate marketing strategies. -Basic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva or similar tools (preferred) -Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills -Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Additional Note: There are no fixed rest days; days off may change based on operational requirements. We need a candidate who can work on this flexible and dynamic schedule.
