E-commerce Sales Associate (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be helping customers make informed purchasing decisions while driving revenue growth through consultative sales and outstanding customer service.

• Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and recommend products or services that provide the best solution while creating value for both the customer and the business.
• Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to increase revenue through upselling, cross-selling, product recommendations, and promotional offers.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships by providing exceptional service before, during, and after each purchase.
• Lead & Opportunity Management: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, follow up on qualified opportunities, and help guide customers through the purchasing process.
• Product Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of products, promotions, and brand offerings to confidently answer questions and provide accurate recommendations.
• CRM & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM and customer support platforms.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Sales Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, business development, or another customer-facing role with measurable performance goals.
• E-commerce Knowledge: Experience supporting or selling within an e-commerce environment is highly preferred. Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce is an advantage.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and confidently recommend solutions.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems, help desk software, and collaboration tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Results-Oriented: Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Problem Solver: Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills with a customer-first mindset.
  
  

Technical Requirements

• A dedicated desktop or laptop with an Intel Core i5 processor, AMD equivalent, or better.
• A stable internet connection with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload.
