E-commerce Support Specialist with Dutch | Relocation to Greece

BAB Consult is recruiting Dutch-speaking professionals to support the customers and business partners of a leading European e-commerce platform.

The role is fully remote within Greece. Candidates relocating from abroad are encouraged to settle in Thessaloniki, where the company’s local office is based.

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting customers and business partners via inbound calls, email and chat
• Providing information regarding orders, deliveries, payments, warranties and repairs
• Handling complaints and resolving more complex enquiries
• Maintaining accurate information across internal systems
• Ensuring a professional and efficient service

Requirements:

• Dutch at C1 level or higher
• English at B2 level or higher
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Good computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems
• Availability to work in shifts between 07:00 and 23:00, including weekends
• Previous experience in customer support or sales is considered an advantage but is not required
