This is a primarily remote role, with occasional travel required, supporting our Central Quality Team to develop engaging, high-quality e-learning modules. Working closely with the Head of Nursing and Central Quality Team, you’ll prioritise content requirements and manage the development plan, keeping stakeholders updated on progress. You’ll work with subject matter experts to translate complex clinical, regulatory, and behavioural content into clear, accessible, engaging digital learning , using Synthesia, Articulate Storyline, Articulate 360 and other relevant tools. You’ll apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create content that supports genuine understanding, not just course completion, and work with our LMS provider to maintain working relationships. You will ensure all content is inclusive and accessible, reflecting Priory's commitment to EDI and to colleagues learning in diverse roles, sites, and circumstances. You’ll also provide specialist advice on e-learning solutions and learning technologies, build strong relationships across Quality and L&OD, and keep up to date with accessibility standards and emerging learning technologies. What you'll bring to the role You’ll have experience of developing digital learning solutions. You’ll have strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience creating SCORM-compliant e-learning using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate. You’ll be passionate about digital learning, comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and keen to explore emerging learning technologies to enhance the learner experience. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with SMEs who may have limited experience translating their knowledge into learning content. A meticulous eye for detail, particularly around compliance-critical or regulated content Experience in healthcare, social care, or another regulated sector is desirable but not essential A genuine interest in how digital learning can support workforce retention, quality of care, and organisational culture What we will give you in return We want you to succeed at Priory and thrive in your role.
