Primary Responsibilities Provide Guidance, Support, Consultation and Referrals to Covered Employees and Dependents Conduct a Comprehensive Clinical Assessment, Including Identification of Presenting Issues(s), Work-Life Challenges and Screening for Risk and Safety Concerns Develop an Individualized Care Plan to Address the Unique Clinical and Sub-Clinical Needs for Each Participant Facilitate Referrals and Assist Participants with Securing Appointments for Short-Term EAP Counseling Provide Mental Health Advocacy and Navigation to Participants in Need of Higher Levels of Care Assist with Referrals to Other Employer-Sponsored Health Management Resources, When Appropriate Conduct Active Case Management Including Treatment Plan Reviews Perform Timely Follow-Up with Participants to Ensure Connection to Care, Program Satisfaction and Determine the Outcome and Impact of EAP Services Maintain Accurate and Complete Records in Compliance with HIPAA, Ethical and Departmental Guidelines Required/Minimum Qualifications Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (e.g. - Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy) Relevant Post-Graduate Clinical Experience Clinical Licensure Familiarity and Comfort with Technology to Train and Work Remotely (e.g. - Microsoft Office Suite, Contact Management Systems, Web-Based Software, Soft Phone) Strong Reasoning Ability – Capacity to Collect Data, Establish Facts, Define Problems and Draw Valid Conclusions Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced, Fully Remote Work Environment Prior EAP and/or Case Management Experience a Plus This is a full-time, salaried role, located in the continental United States and Hawaii, and includes a robust benefits package, with 100% company-paid single tier medical coverage insurance, PTO, 401(k) with match, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
