Your mandate will be to lead, promote, and coordinate Agropur’s Canadian and U.S. internship program, which hosts nearly 100 interns each year. Build and maintain relationships with targeted universities, student associations, and career centers. Optimize campus recruitment infrastructure, including calendars, tools, promotional materials, and engagement tracking. Manage program tracking tools and processes, including metrics related to hiring, participation, performance, and conversion (e.g., intern conversion rate, cost per hire). Analyze program data and hiring outcomes to generate insights and support continuous improvement of early career initiatives. Identify and implement process improvements and new approaches to optimize program effectiveness, candidate experience, and operational efficiency. Prepare and present analyses, metrics, and recommendations during leadership reviews.
