EC Payroll Consultant – US & Canada (SAP HCM)

Required Language: Advanced English Hours per Week: Full-time Work Model: Remote Project Duration: 32 months About the Role We are looking for an experienced EC Payroll Consultant specializing in SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management to support payroll operations for the United States and Canada . In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, configuring, and enhancing SAP Payroll and Time Management solutions, participating in SAP S/4HANA implementations, and ensuring high-quality application delivery through testing, documentation, and user support. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with SAP Payroll , SAP Time Management , SAP S/4HANA , and payroll processing for North America, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Requirements & Technical Skills Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP HCM Payroll Strong experience with SAP Time Management Experience supporting SAP Payroll for the United States and Canada Payroll Taxes Benefits Vacation management Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations Experience with CATS (Positive & Negative Time) Experience developing and maintaining Payroll PCRs and Schemas Experience providing application support, including: Break/Fix Monitoring Minor enhancements Testing Experience creating Unit Test Scripts using HP ALM (Quality Center) Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Advanced English communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong prioritization and multitasking skills Objectives Support SAP Payroll and Time Management operations Deliver high-quality SAP HCM solutions Support SAP S/4HANA Payroll implementations Ensure successful testing and deployment activities Maintain payroll accuracy and compliance for US and Canadian employees Key Responsibilities Support SAP Time Management and SAP Payroll solutions Resolve production issues, perform break/fix activities, and deliver minor enhancements Design, build, configure, and maintain SAP applications Develop and maintain Payroll PCRs and Schemas Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementations involving CATS Prepare Unit Test Scripts using HP ALM (Quality Center) Produce testing documentation and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Collaborate with business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle Ensure application quality and compliance with business requirements Prioritize multiple assignments while meeting project deadlines Preferred Skills Experience with SAP HCM Payroll in multinational environments Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent teamwork and communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work in fast-paced environments Experience supporting enterprise SAP Payroll solutions across multiple countries En soumettant votre candidature, vous consentez à ce que Xideral recueille, utilise et conserve vos renseignements personnels uniquement à des fins de recrutement et de sélection pour ce poste ou pour des opportunités similaires en lien avec vos domaines d’expertise.
