eCommerce Account Manager

Apply Description We are looking for a self-motivated eCommerce Account Manager to assist the Director of eCommerce and Web Services with day-to-day activities with building new online stores, upkeep of existing online stores and communicating with the clients regarding their account. This position may require assistance in other areas of the eCommerce Department based on needs. Requirements Skills and Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required Associates degree or higher preferred Experience using Shopify, Shipstation or similar shipping/fulfillment software Working knowledge of Google Site, specifically Gmail, Google sheets and/or Excel Able to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent phone skills and internet savvy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceedingly high standards of work ethic and self-motivated Ability to learn Something Inked products Excellent attention to detail Preferred NOT Required: Photoshop experience preferred Shopify and/or HTML/CSS coding and development experience preferred Implementing Shopify Apps experience preferred Specialization in front end UI/UX preferred Something Inked, LLC and Padrino Promotions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
