DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee). The Impact you will have in this role: EDGE (Exploration, Development, Growth, Experiences) Analyst Program is DTCC’s flagship early career initiative designed to cultivate engineering excellence and T-shaped skills across Application Development, Software Development Engineering in Test (SDET), and Infrastructure Automation. This immersive 6 months journey blends technical mastery, business acumen, and leadership development through structured learning, hands-on capstone execution, and mentorship. EDGE Analysts are not just trained- they are empowered to think like engineers: to design resilient systems, automate intelligently, test rigorously, and solve problems with precision and creativity. Primary Responsibilities As an EDGE Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of building resilient, scalable, and secure technology solutions that power global financial markets. You will: Design and develop full-stack applications using modern frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, React, Enterprise Java) and cloud-native architectures. Engineer automated test suites and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines to ensure quality at speed. Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes, embracing Infrastructure-as-Code principles. Collaborate in Agile squads , participate in sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives, and contribute to backlog grooming and story refinement. Apply secure coding practices , integrate cybersecurity controls, and support compliance initiatives from day one. Use observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk) to monitor system health and performance. Contribute to open discussions , peer reviews, and architectural decisions that shape enterprise-grade platforms. Document technical solutions , create onboarding guides, and share findings through internal blogs and tech talks. Qualifications You are: A final-year undergraduate student graduating by May 2027 in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology or related fields. Candidates must be available to complete the 6-month training program in Chennai prior to deployment in Hyderabad Curious and self driven , with a passion for solving complex problems using technology. Comfortable with code —you’ve explored languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript and tinkered with GitHub projects or hackathons. Eager to learn modern tools like Docker, Jenkins, GitLab, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
