We're seeking experienced education professionals to join our team as Education Career Transition Consultants.

About the Opportunity

We work within the personal and leadership development industry, supporting professionals who are exploring an independent consulting pathway through digital education programs and live learning experiences.

As an Education Career Transition Consultant, you'll connect with professionals who are considering new career possibilities, introduce qualified individuals to our consulting process, and guide them through a structured discovery journey.

Comprehensive onboarding, ongoing training and mentoring are provided, allowing you to build your confidence while working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct introductory conversations with professionals exploring career change.
• Learn about each individual's background, goals and aspirations.
• Introduce qualified individuals to our consulting process and educational offerings.
• Guide applicants through a structured discovery process.
• Maintain professional communication and follow-up throughout the enquiry process.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

We're Looking For Professionals with Experience in:

• Primary or Secondary Education
• Early Childhood Education
• Tertiary Education
• Vocational Education & Training
• Learning & Development
• Corporate Training
• Educational Leadership
• Curriculum Development
• Instructional Design
• Student Support Services

Equivalent education experience is also welcomed.

About You

You are someone who:

• Has at least five years of professional experience in education or learning.
• Enjoys helping others achieve their goals.
• Communicates confidently and professionally.
• Is organised, self-motivated and comfortable managing your own schedule.
• Is comfortable working remotely.
• Can commit approximately 10–15 hours per week initially.
