Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated Educational Consultant to represent CECA in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting CECA’s services, managing student leads, building strong partnerships with local agents, and increasing brand awareness in the Vietnam education sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote CECA’s education and migration services through events, seminars, webinars, and digital campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with local agents, schools, and other educational partners.
• Counsel and guide students on course selection, admissions, scholarships, and visa processes.
• Generate and follow up on student leads to meet recruitment targets.
• Support marketing campaigns across social media, online platforms, and offline events.
• Maintain accurate student and agent records in CRM systems.
• Provide regular market insights and reports to the CECA head office team.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or student recruitment (preferred in overseas education).
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Good understanding of student visa and admission processes (Australia preferred).
• Ability to work independently and meet targets in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in MS Office, social media platforms, and virtual tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
• Fluency in English.
