⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

📅 Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Education Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for counselling, and the ability to guide students/professionals toward the right educational programs.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and understand their educational requirements

• Explain courses, programs, fees, and career opportunities

• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp

• Convert qualified leads into enrollments

• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status

• Achieve assigned counselling and enrollment targets

• Build strong relationships with prospective students

🔹 Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong convincing and counselling abilities

• Sales/counselling experience will be an advantage

• Candidates from Nutrition, Dietetics, Nursing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Psychology, or related backgrounds are preferred

• Comfortable working with targets

• Immediate joiners are highly preferred

🔹 OJT Period:

📌 13–15 Days OJT Period

During the OJT period, candidates will receive practical training and hands-on exposure to the counselling and sales process. Performance will be evaluated during the OJT before confirmation for the role.
