Are you looking for an Educational Psychology role where you can be the psychologist you trained to be – combining meaningful casework, preventative practice, research, innovation and career development? If so, East Sussex Educational Psychology Service could be the place for you. We are a supportive, innovative and forward-thinking service where Educational Psychologists are trusted and encouraged to use their professional expertise, develop specialist interests and make a lasting difference to children, young people, families and schools. As an Educational Psychologist in East Sussex, you will contribute to improving outcomes for children and young people aged 0–25 through consultation, assessment, intervention, training and system-wide work. You will support schools, families and multi-agency partners while promoting inclusion, wellbeing and positive outcomes for children and young people with SEND. You will have opportunities to engage in early intervention projects, research and service development aligned with your interests and expertise. We are looking for candidates who: Hold recognised postgraduate training in Educational Psychology. Are registered with the HCPC or eligible for registration. Are committed to inclusion and improving outcomes for children and young people. Build effective relationships with families, schools and professional partners.
