Part-Time HR Administrator (Serbia) 💻 Remote 🕦 Part-time (80 hours per month) ☑️ B2B We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support a well-established Israeli company specializing in technology services, workforce management, and complex project delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key HR operational processes, supporting employees throughout their engagement, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency across onboarding, documentation, and ongoing HR administration activities. Requirements: ● 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, HR Coordination, or similar roles. ● Experience managing onboarding processes, employment agreements, and employee support activities. ● Experience working with consultants, freelancers, or outsourced employees is a strong advantage. ● High level of English proficiency (written and spoken). ● Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end HR processes. ● Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and follow-up skills. ● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset. ● Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment. ● Experience with HR systems, attendance systems, timesheet reporting tools, or similar platforms is an advantage. Key Responsibilities: ● Manage the full onboarding process for employees engaged under a consultant model. ● Set up employees in company systems and maintain accurate records. ● Coordinate and support the signing process of agreements and engagement documentation. ● Review, monitor, and control timesheet reports. ● Manage and track HR documents, statuses, and operational processes. ● Provide ongoing support to employees regarding personal and professional matters. ● Support employees throughout their engagement with the company. ● Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Finance, Operations, managers, and other relevant teams. ● Ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across HR processes. ● Maintain organized documentation and support continuous improvement of HR administration workflows.
