eLearning Developer

Role Description The eLearning Developer at Dream Matter Labs is a part-time, remote role responsible for designing and building interactive learning experiences that support game development workflows, onboarding, and skill development. Day-to-day tasks include creating modular eLearning courses, developing instructional materials, and structuring content for different learner levels within the studio. The role involves collaborating with designers, developers, and project leads to identify learning needs, translate them into clear learning objectives, and implement them in learning platforms. The eLearning Developer will also maintain and update existing training assets, ensure SCORM-compliant delivery, and track learner progress to continuously improve course effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in eLearning development and experience creating engaging digital learning content.
• Proficiency in instructional design principles and the ability to translate complex topics into clear, structured learning experiences.
• Knowledge of learning management systems and learning management processes, including course deployment and performance tracking.
• Background in training & development, with experience designing role-specific or project-based training programs.
• Familiarity with SCORM standards and integrating SCORM-compliant content into learning platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback in a creative, iterative setting.
• Experience in game development, creative media, or technology environments is beneficial.
• Relevant education or certifications in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field are a plus.
