Why This Opportunity Stands Out Fully remote position for candidates located in the Eastern or Central Time Zone Work on large, complex industrial facilities across multiple industries Join an established engineering firm with a strong national presence Collaborative team environment with experienced engineers and designers Opportunity to lead smaller projects and expand your technical responsibilities Exposure to industry-leading tools including Revit MEP, Navisworks, and Bluebeam Strong project backlog and long-term career stability What You'll Be Doing Design power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and communication systems for industrial facilities Develop detailed construction drawings, plans, sections, and electrical layouts using Revit MEP Create equipment layouts, conduit routing plans, grounding systems, and cable schedules Generate wiring diagrams and construction details from engineering schematics Partner with engineers and project teams to deliver complete design packages Manage project drawings, CAD files, and technical documentation Support projects from concept development through final construction deliverables Coordinate with clients and project stakeholders regarding design updates and technical requirements Contribute to quality control and design standards across multiple projects Qualifications 3+ years of electrical design experience in a consulting engineering environment Strong proficiency with Revit MEP for electrical drafting and design Experience developing complete drawing packages and construction documentation Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a remote environment Strong communication and collaboration skills Project Environment Support projects across chemical, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, agricultural, and industrial manufacturing facilities Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and design teams Minimal travel required Backed by a nationwide engineering firm with a proven history of technical excellence Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Cleveland, OH.
