Job Description This is a remote position. $85,000/yr - $115,000/yr, based on experience – Remote – Full-Time This is a remote position, all applicants must be able to work with in the United States. We're looking for an experienced Electrical BIM Project Manager to lead project execution, coordination efforts, and client relationships while helping drive successful outcomes for our customers. Position Summary The Electrical BIM Project Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day execution of BIM coordination and virtual construction projects. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned projects and works closely with clients, contractors, trade partners, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully. This position combines project leadership, client communication, coordination management, and team collaboration to drive projects from kickoff through completion. What You'll Do Lead Project Execution Manage Electrical BIM and VDC projects throughout the project lifecycle Develop project execution plans, coordination strategies, and schedules Facilitate coordination meetings and drive issue resolution efforts Track project progress, risks, and milestones Ensure BIM models and project deliverables align with project requirements Manage Client Relationships Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders Communicate project status, risks, and schedule impacts proactively Facilitate productive meetings and ensure follow-through on action items Support project pursuits, preconstruction efforts, and estimating reviews when needed Support Team Success Coordinate work across BIM Specialists, Coordinators, and production team members Provide project direction, support, and accountability Promote collaboration and clear communication across project teams Mentor team members through project execution and technical problem-solving Drive Quality & Results Identify project risks, constructability concerns, and coordination challenges early Develop solutions and mitigation strategies proactively Support quality control efforts and deliverable reviews Reduce rework through strong planning, communication, and coordination Support Operational Performance Assist with project planning, staffing coordination, and workload management Monitor project schedules, budgets, and production hours Support forecasting and resource planning efforts Contribute to efficient project execution and overall project profitability Requirements What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Experience managing BIM, VDC, detailing, coordination, or construction-related projects Strong understanding of construction workflows and project delivery processes Experience with Autodesk Revit and BIM coordination workflows Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work independently in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications Electrical construction or electrical BIM experience Experience facilitating coordination meetings Experience with Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms Previous leadership, mentoring, or project management experience What Success Looks Like Projects are delivered on schedule and aligned with client expectations Communication is proactive, professional, and effective Risks and issues are identified and addressed early Teams collaborate effectively and remain accountable to project goals Clients view BIMTM as a trusted project partner Projects are executed efficiently with minimal rework and strong coordination outcomes Benefits Why BIMTM Remote-first work environment Flexible scheduling Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Collaborative and supportive team culture Meaningful work on complex construction projects across the country If you're passionate about BIM, coordination, and helping project teams succeed, we'd love to hear from you.
