Role Overview

We're hiring an Email & Chat Process Intern to join our remote team. This role is a good fit for anyone who enjoys communication-focused work and wants practical experience handling customer queries through email and chat.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries and requests via email and chat in a timely, professional manner

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary

- Follow communication guidelines and quality standards for all interactions

- Help identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements

What We're Looking For

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline

- Strong written communication skills in English

- Good typing speed and accuracy

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setup

- Personal laptop and reliable internet connection

Stipend: ₹15,300/month

Duration: 1–3 Months
