Email Communications Officer

Plan, set up, and optimize email automation journeys and workflows. Maintain customer segmentation, contact lists, and email databases. Monitor campaign performance and provide analysis and actionable insights. Support A/B testing and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion rates. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely campaign delivery. Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in email marketing, CRM campaign management, or related roles. Hands-on experience with email automation and CRM platforms. Familiarity with campaign setup, audience segmentation, and customer journey management. Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and performance analysis. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work in a fast-paced environment.
