The Role & What We Are Building

We’re looking for a rockstar email designer for our clients

We are an ecommerce email marketing agency that is growing fast. Right now we are a lean team, and we are looking for our first design hire, someone who will own the visual output of our client campaigns and grow with us as we scale.

It starts part-time, but the intent is full-time within 1 to 3 months as our client roster grows.

We are also moving toward Agentic, AI-first graphic design; using tools like Claude and Paper AI to work faster and smarter. If that excites you, you are exactly who we are looking for.

Speed matters. We need someone who can turn around 3 to 5 designs within 1 business day when the workload increases & calls for it.

What We Offer

• You quote: Part-Time Compensation: Pay per approved design , or an hourly rate for design work.
• You quote: Competitive monthly salary once you're Full-Time.
• Tools We Cover: Slack seat, business email under our domain, and any AI tools specific to our workflow (Magnific, Paper AI, Claude).
• Tools You Are Expected to Have: Your own Figma license as a working designer. Adobe is preferred but not required, costs for both will be reviewed and potentially covered when you transition to full-time
• Fully remote work environment
• High ownership and autonomy in your role

Scope of work

- Part time period: 4-9 email designs / week

- Full time: 3-5 email designs / business day.

Working Hours

You must be available and responsive during Singapore Time (SGT, UTC+8) business hours.

The Ideal Candidate

• Existing graphic designer with a solid portfolio.
• Fast. You can produce quality work quickly without needing your hand held.
• Reliable. You hit deadlines, communicate proactively, and do not disappear.
• Genuinely interested in design, not just looking for a paycheck.
• Open to learning AI-assisted design workflows.
• Conversational English, written and spoken.
• Proficient in Figma. Adobe skills are a plus.
• Bonus points if you're familiar with Klaviyo & Omnisend design limitations.
