Bridgeway Global Staffing is hiring an Email Marketing Account Manager to join a fast-growing DTC ecommerce retention agency in the U.S.
In this role, you will own day-to-day operations across client accounts, working directly alongside designers and copywriters to ensure smooth execution and strong retention performance.
📌 Job Details:
- Location: 100% Remote (LatAm)
- Schedule: Full-time (U.S. business hours)
- Compensation: Paid in USD
🎯 What You’ll Do:
- Build email campaigns in Klaviyo from Figma designs and templates.
- Create, manage, and optimize custom customer segments and automations (triggers, flow filters, delays).
- Troubleshoot technical email issues independently (broken flows, delivery anomalies, segment drops).
- Conduct daily account sweeps to monitor campaign health, bounce rates, and spam metrics.
- Keep Asana boards updated and maintain direct, professional status updates with U.S. clients via Slack.
✨ Requirements:
- Advanced/Bilingual English fluency (C1/C2) with excellent written communication for direct client interaction.
- Mandatory, hands-on experience with Klaviyo (building campaigns, flows, and segments unassisted from Day 1).
- Proficiency with Figma, Asana, Slack, and AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to own accounts without micromanagement.
