We're on the hunt for an Email Marketing Manager to help us turn our subscriber list into our biggest growth engine. You'll build smart automated flows, craft campaigns across email and other direct channels (like WhatsApp and Push), and leverage tools like Klaviyo and AI to make sure our messages hit the inbox and drive sales. What You Will Do:

• Campaign Lifecycle Management: Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns—from setup, scheduling, and testing to deployment and performance tracking.
• Strategy & Growth: Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through targeted campaigns, identifying new upsells, flows, and offerings.
• Cross-Channel Expansion: Expand and optimize direct marketing channels beyond email, including WhatsApp, Instagram, push notifications, and SMS.
• Deliverability & Reputation: Monitor and manage sender reputation and deliverability health using specialized tools (e.g., warmy.io) and integrate trust platforms (e.g., Trustpilot) to maximize performance.
• Automation & Segmentation: Leverage platforms like Klaviyo to design, build, and automate effective email flows, utilizing advanced segmentation and personalization.
• Analytics & Optimization: Continuously monitor key metrics, conduct A/B testing, and analyze performance data (e.g., via GA4) to optimize campaigns.
• AI & Resource Innovation: Effectively utilize AI tools and internet resources to implement innovative ideas at the lowest possible cost and shortest timeframe.
• Compliance & Best Practices: Maintain high standards in conversion-focused design, copywriting, and list management while ensuring full compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and anti-spam regulations.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to produce compelling content and offers tailored for specific campaign goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Mid- to senior-level experience in email marketing with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of email marketing platforms like Klaviyo (or similar) and basic HTML skills (ability to read, understand, and implement minor code changes).
• AI & Resource Savvy: Practical know-how in leveraging AI tools and web resources to drive cost-effective marketing solutions.
• Deliverability Expertise: Experience managing sender reputation, warm-up tools, and platform integrations.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong data-driven approach with familiarity in A/B testing, segmentation strategies, and tracking systems (e.g., GA4).
• Industry Background: Experience in the e-commerce or retail sector is a strong advantage.
• Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
